Shipping Policy
Shipping to the United States, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Micronesia is $10.50. Orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping. Charges are inclusive of handing fees.
International Orders have a flat shipping fee of $24.00.

Guam orders are not charged shipping and are available for in-store pickup only. Please see local pickup policy below.
Local Pickups (Guam)
Guam orders can be picked up at our retail location at 518 Pale San Vitores Road, Suite 101, Tumon next door to Cafe Gudcha
Business hours are from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturday. Please present a photo ID to pick up your order. Call (671) 477-1786 (1RUN) for questions.
Same Day Pickup is available during store hours. If order is placed outside of store hours it will be available for pickup the following business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Off-island customers can exchange a product or size by shipping the item to 518 Pale San Vitores Road, Suite 101, Tumon, Guam, 96913. This cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once proof of shipment is confirmed, the exchanged product or size will be mailed out by RUNGUAM for free.

Returns of a product(s) must be shipped to 518 Pale San Vitores Road, Suite 101, Tumon, Guam, 96913. This cost is the responsibility of the customer. Once proof of shipment is confirmed, the purchase will be refunded to the account in which it was purchased.
Local orders can be exchanged or returned to our Tumon store.
**Products must have the hang tags in order to exchange.**
